All applicants must download this membership application, complete and return to the NCSFA. If you’ve already paid your membership online – great. Your membership is in ‘Pending’ status. You’ll still need to complete this application for final review by the Board of Directors. If you’d like to pay your membership via check, instructions are included in the form.
