NCSFA International Marketing Sponsorship Program
Eligibility
- Open to NCSFA members.
- Members must submit a receipt as proof of payment to qualify for reimbursement.
- Members are limited to one event and one activity per calendar year.
Approved Events
Members can receive up to $1,000 to cover participation fees, promotional materials, sample shipments, travel expenses (airfare, hotel, on-ground transportation for one person), and competition entry fees for the following trade shows:
- Expo West 2025 – Anaheim, California
- FoodEx Japan 2025 – Tokyo, Japan
- Expo Antad & Alimentaria 2025 – Guadalajara, Mexico
- SIAL Canada 2025 – Toronto, Canada
- SIAL China 2025 – Shanghai, China
- Seoul Food & Hotel 2025 – Seoul, South Korea
- Fancy Food Show 2025 – New York, New York
- ANUGA 2025 – Cologne, Germany
Approved Activities
Members may receive sponsorship for the following activities:
- SUSTA Export Readiness Webinars – Up to $200
- Sample Shipments (for non-trade show events) – Up to $500
- Travel Expenses (airfare, hotel, and on-ground transportation for a SUSTA or NC inbound mission within the U.S.) – Up to $500
How to Request Funds
Step 1: Request Sponsorship Approval
To apply, email Allie Tuszynski at Allison.tuszynski@ncagr.gov at least 30 days before the event or activity with:
- Name of the activity or event
- Anticipated amount requested
- Approval or denial will be provided within 5 business days.
Step 2: Submit for Reimbursement
After the event or activity, email Allie Tuszynski at Allison.tuszynski@ncagr.gov within 30 days with:
- Receipts for all relevant expenses
- Total reimbursement amount requested
- Once receipts are verified, members will receive a reimbursement check from NCSFA.
